On Sept. 14 and 15, NSBA will be holding its annual Washington Presentation in Washington, D.C. Space is limited, so register soon!

During the Washington Presentation, small-business owners convene in Washington, D.C. to get the latest updates from policy experts, hear from White House officials, and have time to network with each other. The following day, participants are treated to a Congressional Breakfast where various lawmakers address the group, and then set out for meetings with their Representative and Senators.

A new component this year, the U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Advocacy is planning to host a high-level event in conjunction with the Washington Presentation at the Capitol to address small-business access to capital. All Washington Presentation attendees are invited to attend this meeting.

Additionally at the Washington Presentation, NSBA will honor the winner and finalists for the 2011 Lewis I. Shattuck Small Business Advocate of the Year Award. This award recognizes small-business owners who go above and beyond in advocating for the small-business community. Please click here for more details on this award.
